Thank you for your membership! As you know, as of January 1, 2019, we have consolidated with the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® and are now the Greater Bergen Association of REALTORS®! Your dues must be paid to your respective board on time to avoid late fees. The board approved a one-time deadline extension of January 14, 2019 because of the consolidation. Your dues can still be paid through our site and will automatically be applied toward our consolidated association.
This year you will see a section entitled REALTORS® Care Foundation Donations. Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® has established a REALTORS® Care Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) organization which will be part of the new consolidated association. The REALTORS® Care Foundation was established to provide grants and donations to local charitable and educational nonprofit organizations. As we will be consolidating on or about January 1, 2019, you have an opportunity during dues billing to donate to the REALTORS® Care Foundation. Voluntary donations made to the REALTORS® Care Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you chose to pay your dues by check and want to contribute to the REALTORS® Care Foundation, you will need to write two checks. To pay your dues portion of the invoice you can write your check to GBAR. To donate to the REALTORS® Care Foundation you must write a separate check made payable to the REALTORS® Care Foundation.
Your 2019 dues invoice is available for payment. Log in to your account here to make payment. If you prefer, you can pay by check by either stopping by the office or mailing your payment to 5 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, NJ 07463.
You will need your NRDS Number as your user id (look up here or send us a chat through the website and we can look it up for you) and the last 4 digits of your social security number as your password to log into your account.
Payments are due no later than January 14, 2019. Late fees will go into effect 12:00 AM January 14, 2019.
